Prior to 2012, Glenn Smaha was searching for a vehicle dealership to manage.  Davis Chevrolet was a small company that aligned with Glenn’s high standards and personal values.   His vision was to invest his time and energy to grow the company, and since 2012 the employee family has grown to 62 members.

The employees at Davis Chevrolet are valued, respected and encouraged to participate in the Company Town Hall events.  Glenn is compassionate when he speaks about the employees.  He invests personally in their well-being and truly cares about each one.  Glen is very trusting of the employees: they are empowered to own any adverse situations and make things right for their customers.  The employees strive together towards the company goal to “be better every day.” 

Davis Chevrolet supports the community of Airdrie through the participation of giving back at the basic need level.  They contribute to a number of local organizations including:  The Airdrie Food Bank, Community Links, Meals on Wheels, The Boys & Girls Club of Airdrie and The Airdrie and District Victims Assistance Society (ADVAS).

In 2017 Davis Chevrolet provided financial funding to help the Airdrie 1^st Club celebrate their 40^th birthday with High Tea.   In 2021 Davis Chevrolet assisted the Airdrie 1^st Club with the distribution of our Christmas Hampers.   The venue offered by Davis allowed us to distribute our hampers with efficiency and joy.  We were so happy with the space provided and thank Davis Chevrolet for their participation.  Glenn’s heart was evident when he experienced his own special hamper moment.   We look forward to the future of our program and the partnership with Davis Chevrolet.
